With the growing development of society, people pay close attention to their life status. For their own psychological level, they have higher demands. Thus, the research of Subjective Well-being has been widely appreciated. Now more researchers use Subjective Well-being as the important indicators of mental health. For high strength and work pressures, many kindergarten teacher have some negative mental and emotional experiences. However,the kindergarten teachers are the"significant others"in children'lives, the mental health is not only affects itself, but also affects the children's physical and mental health, even the development all their life. It is necessary that research on Subjective Well-being of the kindergarten teachers and promote the mental healthy development. Related research shows that the social support is an important factor of the teachers'Subjective Well-being. Social support have a positive significance to enhance teachers' well-being.This research chose 644 teachers from 18 kindergartens in Zhengzhou as the subjects. By questionnaires and interviews, it made an investigation on the kindergarten teacher's Subjective Well-being and the status of social support, examining the relationships between them. From the social support, it provided feasible proposals for the enhance of teachers' well-being.The main result as follows:(1)In general, the degree of kindergarten teacher's Subjective Well-being in Zhengzhou is in the middle level. (2) Kindergarten teacher's Subjective Well-being have significant differences in demographic variable. (3) The scores of social support of the kindergarten teachers in Zhengzhou are in accordance with normal distribution.The teachers who get middle scores of social support are most. Score away from the middle, the more appropriate value of the less.(4)Kindergarten teacher's the social support have differences in the demographic variable. (5)The kindergarten teacher's Subjective Well-being and social support show significant related. The related coefficient between kindergarten teacher's Subjective Well-being and social support is 0.379, which reaches the most significant level.(P<0.001)(6) The kindergarten teacher's Subjective Well-being have significant differences in the social support groups.The teachers with higher social support have much more Subjective Well-being than the teachers with low social support.(7)The result of regression analysis shows that the social support is the good predictive variable for the kindergarten teacher's Subjective Well-being.·Based on the above conclusion, the research put up with the following suggestions:1.The country and society should strive to improve the status and treatment of the kindergarten teachers. 2.The kindergarten leaders must strengthen the humanities concern to teachers.3. The children'parents should give more respect and understanding to teachers. 4.It should establish the strong social support system.5. It should strengthen the kindergarten teacher's professional identity.
