The honor is one of core moral questions, it is not only the research content of ethics, sociological, the psychology and the pedagogy, but also highly taken for the social public institute for a long time. Since later period of last century, especially our country has marched into socialist market economy; the construction of social honor system and the honor condition of people are paid attention. Many researchers believe that, looked from the intrinsic character of the growth and the movement of market economy current and even future, our country society's honor level, will affect socialist market economy as well as the health development of harmonious society directly in our country. "The youth will be society's future", in the construction of social honor system, the child and youth are in the important position extremely. We already find so many phenomenons no honor in the society. If all these disappointed facts continue to exist, we are unable to realize society's fast development and the ideal about establishment of harmonious society. The society is composed by individual person, these improvements of social realities, need endeavors generation to generation which honor. And all these need school undertake the main duty. However, school as the main place where to raise students, it also have the no honor phenomenon, from the elementary school to the university, from the teachers to the students, the no honor behaviors are popular. Facing student's these behaviors; school must discover the reason from itself and improve. The author believed that, strengthen the pupil's honor, can play a better role. The pupils of lower grades have their own psychology and the physiological character which is easier to receive the restriction of the outside authoritative. The teacher who is the one of representatives of outside authoritative has the influences to the students, in particular, to students'thoughts, values and ideas. And the effects completed through the teacher-student interaction. Therefore, we should pay attention to the essential link, teacher-student interactions, examines the influence to the pupils of lower grade. First the paper studies about the teacher-student interaction on the basement of other researches, and divide them into three types which are teacher authority interaction, student authority interaction and equality interaction. And then author analyzes the effect the influences to the students about each teacher-student interaction with theories. From these obtains, the author believe that, equality interaction is good for pupils'honor, and then propose three suggestions about promoting pupils'honor.
