The core aims of education reform and the important measures of the teaching efficiency are to develop quality education, to promote the harmonious development of students. Due to the limited space of classroom teaching, the teacher-student interaction has certain limits and constraints. The author thus will research the current status of mathematics classroom interaction, mainly study and analyze the teacher-student interaction during the mathematics extracurricular instruction, in order to make a better contact with the classroom teaching and extracurricular teaching, to promote their mutual development.The author first studies the domestic and abroad documents of teacher-student interaction, and has a clear understanding of the three keywords in this paper: teacher-student interaction, mathematics classroom teacher-student interaction, and extracurricular teacher-student interaction. Secondly, with the way of observation and questionnaire survey, the author has a deep thinking of interactive studying in classroom teaching and extracurricular teaching, which not only provides empirical basis for this study, but also provides workable strategy for teachers to improve teaching quality.Through a series survey in high school, the author finds that the consciousness of interactive teaching has been enhanced during mathematics classroom teaching. But there are still some problems such as: the unbalanced proportion of the subject and the object during the teacher-student interaction, students'unequal opportunity to interact with teachers, a single leader, insufficient breadth and depth of the interaction, as well as the formalism of the teacher-student interaction. In extracurricular mathematics teaching, there are more common problems existing in the teacher-student interaction such as: the poor consciousness of the interaction, the monotonous forms, the ineffective complement of the interaction, and the ineffective monitoring, as well as the insufficient guidance.Based on problems existing, the author finally puts forward some effective strategies for the interaction: 1.to update the educational concept and improve the interaction consciousness; 2.to emphasize the classroom teacher-student interaction on mathematics teaching and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching; 3.to concern for mathematics interactive teaching outside classroom and create conditions for classroom interactive teaching; 4.to connect the classroom teaching with extracurricular teaching organically, and promote their common development.
