The authority of teachers from the society to teacher’s respect, countries and schools for teachers’rights and the recognition of teachers’knowledge, wisdom and charm of personality, it is the sublimation of teachers’authority. The authority of teachers " weakened ", it refers to a kind of adjust or adapt, change response.The new teacher authority is by virtue of social, cultural tradition and social system, the social status. The authority of teachers is the teachers and students personality equal exchanges, educational wisdom and a teacher’s integrity is established, it guides the students grow healthy, strong and lasting influence power of students.
