| The show-up of multimedia equipment has led to the revolution ineducation. Great changes have taken place in teaching concepts, teachingmethods, teaching methodology, and teaching models and so on. Someexperiment in middle school Textbooks can't be done because of the limit offactors, some have bad effects or hard to succeed, we can make use ofcomputers to dynamically simulate them. So that students can understand themovement and macro of micro particle procedure change abstract to concrete.The paper does some practical research into the following questions: By usingCAI can it assist physics teaching in senior high school effectively? Can itimprove the student's master of basic physics? Can it build thinking ability ofthe students? Can it inspire the student's interest in physics, developing theirhobbit of independent thinking and improve student's positive feelingstowards computers? Besides, the paper gives good answers. It is made up ofthe following parts: putting forward the questions; present research conditionof computer aided teaching; theoretical bases for assisting physics teaching byCAI; the introduction of teaching models; principles that CAI should followto assist physics; practical research into applying CAI in senior High schoolphysics teaching; some problems we should pay attention to when applyingCAI in senior High school physics teaching.
