Research On The Course Exam Management In University And College

Courses exam plays an important part in the teaching management in universities and colleges since it is an essential part in checking teaching quality as well as carrying out quality-oriental education. Proper courses exam management, on one hand, can enhance the teacher to improve teaching quality; on the other hand, can be of great help to form better teaching and learning atmosphere in higher schools.The dissertation makes preliminary probing into the history of courses exam administration and falls into four parts: introduction; evaluation of the present state of test management in higher schools; analysis to the two reformation models of exams management and the establishment of the criterion of exams management in higher schools.Introduction tries to give a brief idea about the background,target,theories,significance of the research and innovational points of this research.In the second part, I describe briefly the history of courses exams management in China, and then introduce the status in quo of courses exam management in several foreign colleges, analyzing the status in quo of exams management in higher schools.In the third part, introduce respectively two kinds of exams management reformation models in higher schools, i. e. cooperating model and controlling model, and explain the reason why it is necessary to carry out cooperating model in higher schools.Lastly, I explain initially the goal and content of the exams management criterion, and then bring out the form and methods of establishing criterion. Based on the above assumptions, I expound the main ways to enhancing exam management in higher schools.The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows:1) Based on the investigation, it introduces the concept of teachers and students taking part in the whole process of exams management;2) In a society of law and order, the author point out that managing the courses exams by law as well as harmonizing the relation between students and the school's staff is the best way to achieving success in exams management.
