School management is an important part of school development.School management is a dynamic management,which needs to be reformed and innovated according to the needs of economic and social development.Secondary vocational schools directly face the society and enterprises to export skilled workers,and their management level directly reflects the management level of Vocational education.Secondary vocational schools can develop healthily and orderly only by actively exploring management models suitable for the needs of society and enterprises in accordance with the requirements of society and enterprises.At present,there are some problems in the operation of the traditional school management mode in secondary vocational schools.Students' professional accomplishment is lacking and their professional ability is insufficient;administrative work is prevaricative and inefficient;teaching management is not standardized and professional.Therefore,we should reflect on the traditional management mode,introduce advanced management concepts and scientific management methods,and improve the management level of schools.This paper takes the "Three Models " management mode of student management paramilitarization,administrative management enterprise and teaching management specialization in baoding H Secondary Vocational School as the research object.Through interviews and questionnaires at various levels,such as school leaders,administrators,teachers,students and employers,it understands the paramilitarization of student management.Finally,based on the analysis of the "student-oriented" management concept and mutual relationship of the " Three Models " management mode,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the reform of the " Three Models " management model: paramilitarization of student management and humanization of administration;The combination of enterprise management and flexibility;the deep development of teaching management specialization;the establishment of " Three Models " management linkage mechanism to smooth the management channels of teaching,students and administrative work.
