Multi-campus University Management Model Study

The paper firstly made an analysis about China multicampus university's forming and status.And then looked back the background and mode of China muliticampus university,further more analyzed the status of China multicampus university's organization and management,On the base of above analysis,the paper summarized some problems accompanied multicampus administration.Then the paper illuminated different management mode and analyzed application cases in different countries.And then the paper think contingency factors and organization structure and operation mechanism as important condition to choose different management mode,and this effective mechanism is thought to be realized in the following aspects:for the university-level management,try to improve the president accountability system under the leadership of the party commission so as to make sure that scientific decision is made; for different functional departments,educational employee system should be implemented;as for colleges and schools,the real collegiate system should be adopted; for bottom level academic organizations,learning organizations should be constructed.According to above research,the networking structure is considered to be the most efficient organization structure form in Chinese multicampus universities,and correspondingly,team management is thought to be one of the efficient management models.At last the paper made its conclusion and came out some problem to be researched in the future.
