University classes are the most basic organizations and units for colleges that carries on teaching and management, are also very important organization carriers in college student's all-round development and knowledge acquisition. With the arrival of the era of high education popularization, college class management under the background of the credit system faced many challenges, it needs to keep up with the times to further consummate and improve. Based on the current problems of college class management, this article tries to use the highly participatory management model to improve college class management. In this paper, the Literature research, the theory methodology, the questionnaire surveys and interviewing are taken so as to explore the main existing problems and causes from university class management today. Besides, from the perspective of internal and external, this paper explores the feasibility of using this model to improve the college class management, and proposes its procedures, methods and some suggestions that should be considered in the process of using the model to college class management.Chapter 1 is the problem and its literature review. Specifically includes four aspects: First, the background and significance of topics discussed; Second, domestic and foreign research and analysis from a literature review; third is a clear objective of this paper; Fourth, this paper discusses the main research contents and methods used.Chapter 2 University'class management theory. Specifically include the two elements: First class management overview of the theory of this paper to define the university class management; Second, this article relates to the management theories of review, analysis of the resulting high degree of participatory management theory - People management theory and participatory management theory.Chapter 3 The survey of University'class management. Including its two elements: First, the basic survey design and analysis of the questionnaire to explain the basis for questionnaire design and the specific circumstances of the survey results and analysis; 2 is a survey to summarize the current college class come to management problems.Chapter 4 Highly participatory management model: A New Perspective University'class management. Specifically includes four aspects: first, a high degree of participatory management mode of presentation; second is an overview of the university classroom management; third is a high degree of inevitability of participatory management; four classes in the university management in the use of a high degree of participatory management role.Chapter 5 Highly participatory management in the University'class management. Specifically includes four aspects: First, participation in awareness training, establish a culture of class; Second, team building college class; third counselor license; Fourth class management team.Chapter 6 is a college class for a high degree of participatory management model run results, and proposed operation should pay attention to the problems.
