In recent years, with the development of society and the deepening of reform programs, people realize that the early childhood education at kindergarten level is the core of the reform, also more aware of that the professional development of teachers is a key factor in the success of the curriculum reform. But at the kindergarten curriculum development and professional development of teachers, the above is mainly theoretical research, teacher development are mainly focused on the middle and primary schools theoretically, few teachers based on the kindergarten are conducted.Based on the analysis and thinking, this study used a case study approach,Currently in teaching and practice has participated in the curriculum development,according to the interview with the three outstanding teachers from Chinese Women Kindergarten in Beijing, explore the ways to achieve teacher professional development curriculum development, try to achieve an organic combination of theory and practice.The first theory expounded the kindergarten curriculum, kindergarten curriculum reform, kindergartener's professionalization, and the relationship among them. Secondly, the teaching of the cases (the story of fire, the story of hair, the story of clock) described in the analysis of teachers participate in curriculum development. According to the analysis of the case, and a summary of interviews with teachers, the study shows that, to achieve the professional development of teachers, the most effective way is research curriculum, participate curriculum, and curriculum development as an opportunity to promote their own professional development. Finally, the realization of curriculum development in teacher professional development offered some suggestions: 1, Changing concepts of education and establish a professional image; 2, Teachers participate in curriculum development ; 3, Teaching activities in diverse forms;4, Highlight the "evaluation" to the development concept;5, the kindergarten training mainly in the form of teacher training.
