The research of studying strategy has been becoming hot in international circles. Under the background of it, this thesis absorbs some experience of the western's strategy teaching and aims at our country's directing defect in reading teaching, it makes some investigation and analysis on the condition of the reading strategy that the current middle school's students have grasped. Then on the basis of absorbing some prominent teachers' experience of reading teaching strategy, the thesis makes a deep research on the teaching design of the middle school's Chinese reading strategy.The thesis believes that the purpose of the middle school's Chinese reading teaching is not only let the students grasp Chinese knowledge, but also make they learn how to read. What's more, the latter is more important. The students want to adapt to the society which changes so much in knowledge and information on condition that they have learned how to read. The thesis is guided by the new course idea and applies the studying strategy theory, cognition theory, schema theory, which all belong to the current cognitive psychology theory. Its purpose is to build a teaching pattern of middle school's Chinese reading strategy, and to make the student become the strategy type reader whenever they do curricula reading or extracurricular reading. The thesis pays attention to the analysis and application of the concrete teaching design of reading strategy beyond the theory research.The thesis first explains what are the reading strategy's implication, character, and its composing elements. And it also analyzes the current condition and teaching design's meaning of the middle school's Chinese reading strategy. The thesis does the research again on the middle school's Chinese reading strategy from different levels according to the reading ability with more attention. It is composed of grasping the meaning with a comprehensive angle, deep understanding strategy and the evaluating strategy with creative thoughts. And then the thesis constructs the teaching design theory system of the middle school's Chinese reading strategy from the study theory angle. The teaching design of the middle school's Chinese reading strategy includes the following six aspects: the design of teaching's destination, the analysis of teaching mission, the analysis of teaching content, the arrangement of teaching process, the application of teaching strategy and the design of teaching's evaluation. All these six aspects constitute a relatively entire system. On the basis of it, and with some prominent teachers' teaching case, the thesis summarizes some feasible teaching step and put forward specific teaching strategy. Last, the thesis also does some research about the arrangement of teaching materials' suggestion, the learning of extra curricula reading strategy and something should be noticed in teaching. We wish the teaching design of the middle school's Chinese reading strategy will provide the beneficial enlightenment to the teachers who work in the front line.
