The writer investigated and studied the managing mode (including the manager, coaches, students and so on) of Taekwondo palaestra in Baoding City through visiting, questionnaire and other ways. And settled and analyzed the information and data. After compared the Taekwondo palaestra and Wushu palaestra, some conclusion be drawn: Taekwondo developed rapidly in Baoding City now, by managed in palaestra and marketed both in the character of sports and culture. But problems also appeared in the developing procedure. The property and liability right are not clear, the coaches are in a low level, manage not in a scientific way and the rule of level-promote is disordered. The concerned department should pay more attention to this and make the situation better, to promote the Taekwondo to develop rapidly and in regulation.The main conclusions:1. Most of the investor are male and younger than 35, there is only about 1/3 have a PE education background; the coaches are almost male and younger than 30, a few of them are professional; the managing system is simple, most palaestra are managed by the investor directly instead of professional manager.2. Both the authentication of qualification and the level-promotion are disordered.3. The equipments in the palaestra are in a poor level though the investor rent a place in schools generally. The classes are flexible to fit to all kinds of students. Almost all classes pay more attention to the skill teaching but overlooked the culture spreading.4. The most important propagandistic ways are Taekwondo show, extend material and newspaper. And many palaestra are getting to a cooperation and hold a Taekwondo league matches in Baoding city.
