In the past years,educational Technology is advancing constantly under the guidance of theory and it is used more extensive. Especially after these theories are combined with some advanced technologies now, it has produced many ways and tools to optimize teaching results and improve teaching efficiency. There is a method of E-learning among them and it has very important function in the classroom instruction and networked teaching.Foreign Educational Technology circle and enterprise training circle attempt to assist and transform traditional E-learning with Blended Learning now . Blended Learning has already become the focus that the Educational Technology circle has highly paid close attention.The key purpose of Blended Learning is that it combines E-learning and traditional classroom teaching. Blended Learning has already not only given play to teacher's leading, inspiration and controlling the leading role of the teaching course, but also fully reflected students as the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the learning process subject, in order to achieve the purpose that the teaching result optimizes most.Blended Learning has passed three stages, suggesting, studying and applying in abroad from the beginning this century to now, Blended Learning is investigated and discussed in papers and theories aspects in our educational technology field over the past years, it is also encouraging actively. Blended Learning has being mainly used for distance learning and training in enterprise and government in the abroad, it is also on the rise gradually in our country.Blended Learning is not yet studying in a deep way for teaching in colleges and universities. How to apply Blended Learning merits to teaching in colleges and universities. It is the major objective for studies. To learn and go on overall research from theory to practice for Blended Learning, part lessons of educational technology special field in our university as example, this text probes into its application field and model, and has realized support system Blended Learning online, and is running in candidate of educational technology special field in our university.We carry on on-line instruction using the support system, neither give up face-to-face instruction, or organic mix face-to-face instruction and on-line instruction .we draw a corresponding plan base on different curriculums. So it can obtain optimized effect using advantages of Blended Learning. Firstly, it studies the theory summary. It has introduced the definition and the deep meanings of Blended Learning, summed up four kinds applying model, instructor-led model, attitude driven model, skill driven mode and competency driven Model. Instructor-led model, which the learner completes with the online courses under teacher leading and guiding, this process has a target and plan within specially time. Skill driven learning, which combines self-paced learning with instructor or facilitator support to develop specific knowledge and skills. Attitude-driven learning, which mixes various events and delivery media to develop specific behaviors. Competency driven learning, which blends performance support tools with knowledge management resources and mentoring to develop workplace competencies.The article studies of Blended Learning, medium chosen law, humanism theory and constructivism, and analyses and introduces application situation in the home and abroad.Then, it is the applying research to Blended Learning. Through five aspects such as, instructional system design, instructional theory, the organizing form, suggests that how to carry out Blended Learning in traditional colleges and universities. The article suggests three study ways, face to face and e-learning, learning team, study each other between teachers and students, and four kinds of applying schemes under instructor-led model, attitude driven model, skill driven mode and competency driven Model.Thirdly, it introduces design and realization in support system for Blended Learning. In This platform use PHP+MYSQL technology, this platform is built in WINDOWS APACHE. In practice, in order to realize the conceive of the multi- instructional model, the multi-functional teaching platform, author design a platform that contain the function of developing curriculum, managing teaching and the student's learning. This platform has the roles of manager, teacher and students. The role of manager has the right of management curriculum and user's jurisdiction. The role of teacher has the right of manage the teaching content. The role of student may use each kind of study pattern to carry out study.In the overall, according to the different type function, this platform is divided into five modules, for example, it include user administration module, resource management module, the curriculum management module , monitoring management module and network teaching module, and so on. Each module is divided into foreground application and the background one. Background applications have the function of carry out designing, developing and managing network curriculum designed for manger and teacher. Foreground application serve for the student, provides each kind of study pattern. The curriculum teaching management module is the most important part of this platform. Realize that four kinds of instructional models, to different instructional model, teacher and manager could develop and manage different kinds of teaching content. This platform facilitated the students as well as teacher greatly. Among them, under instructor-led model, System is managed teaching unit with the"week". Arrangements and learning must take"week"as fundamental time unit. Everyone must keep the unified rate of progress. Skill driven model is different condition has different arrangement for teacher, and self-paced learning material for student. Attitude driven model mixes discussions and self-paced learning. Competency driven model is seminar between teachers and students online.Finally, summarizes this thesis, suggests the systematic innovations and characteristics as well as studying work further in the days. The main contribution of this thesis is applies Blended Learning to teaching in colleges and universities, suggests its applying schemes. We design a support system for Blended Learning online under merits of instructor-led model, attitude driven model, skill driven mode and competency driven Model, basically realizes teaching idea online for Blended Learning.
