The ultimate goal of tennis teaching in Colleges and universities is not only to cultivate students' tennis skills,but also to cultivate students' correct sports consciousness and correct sports values with the help of tennis,a sport rich in history and culture.Tennis not only pays attention to the display of skills,but also to the sense of teamwork and morality.Therefore,tennis teaching in Colleges and universities should not only fully tap the skills and knowledge,but also pay attention to tennis culture and cultivate students' sense of teamwork through the transformation of different methods.Based on this,from the point of view of teaching mode,under the condition of the same external factors such as teaching time and content,this paper makes experiments on the influence of traditional physical education teaching mode and task-driven teaching mode on students' tennis theoretical knowledge,tennis skills,team cooperation ability and learning motivation by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Contrastive analysis before and after.After testing the basic situation of the experimental object before the experiment,the "task-driven" teaching mode divides the teaching object into two groups with the same level.After the classroom teaching is explained and demonstrated by the teacher,the two groups organize exercises separately.At the end of the class,the teachers organize two groups to organize a certain form of inter-group competition on the classroom learning task.The students are assessed on the performance of the whole class and the accomplishment of the tasks in class in a timely manner."Task-driven" teaching mode is stimulated by completing the prescribed classroom learning tasks,giving students the opportunity to learn independently in teaching.Teachers' teaching is the assistant link of the whole teaching.Students explore and seek knowledge independently,which fully reflects the humanistic learning theory.In addition,through students' group learning,group members cooperate with each other to discover,think and solve problems.Questions,at the end of the course,group competition is the way to test the completion of learning tasks,while at the same time,more positive evaluation is used to motivate students.Group learning can cultivate students' good sense of teamwork and collective honor,and the test of classroom learning tasks can fully stimulate students' internal motivation to actively study.In the process of teaching,teachers explain knowledge about tennis history and related aspects of tennis culture through in-class teaching methods,so as to guide students to understand tennis and like tennis with the profound humanistic implicationsof tennis culture.Tennis and take the initiative to learn tennis related knowledge.After the experiment,it was found that the "task-driven" teaching mode can improve students' tennis skills very well in tennis teaching.Meanwhile,students' team cooperation ability,learning motivation and tennis theory knowledge have been greatly improved.Through teaching experiments,the following suggestions are put forward for tennis teaching: in tennis teaching,teachers should promote the development of students' physical and mental integration as the starting point of classroom teaching,according to the characteristics of special technology,through the transformation of different teaching methods and modes to cultivate the coordinated development of students' skills and spiritual qualities;secondly,in tennis teaching process,teachers can integrate in teaching.The cultural connotation of tennis etiquette will lead students to establish correct sports values.Finally,quality education advocates that students' all-round development be the center,and that in the face of the continuous change and progress of the times,education should make positive changes in accordance with the current reality,combine the advantages of the traditional physical education teaching mode in training students' skills with the cultivation of students' Qualities under the new situation,and innovate Physical Education through the choice of different physical education teaching modes.Teaching,and then promote the healthy development of school physical education.
