Subject teaching is an objection-guided activity, which emphasize interactionsbetween the teacher and student and interactions among students, which includestwo-way communion and knowledge sense construction. Although educationalphenomenon is complex, educational theories genre are various, all the educationaltheories genre emphasize the instruction a notable status. Information Technology is not only an independent subject embranchment but alsothe developing basement for all other subjects. As an important technologyembranchment, Information Technology becomes basic means which can reformhuman manufacture and living style. Information Technology courses in senior middleschool assumes fundament,synthesis , humanistic . Information quality is asimportant as the other basic learning abilities of reading ,writing and computing.This article is based on modern learning theory and educational psychology, reflectingthe modern instructional theory and propounding a student self-determinationtask-driven instructional model. This article consists of six parts. The introductory portion expurgates the subjectproperties of Information Technology courses in senior middle school, analysesmodern practical situation of the Information Technology subject teaching in seniormiddle school, based on the problem-solving in Information Technology teachingpractice and produces a task-driven instructional model, in which the student canselect the learning schedule independently , select the cooperative comateindependently and design the learning task independently. Chapter one, the qualityand instructional practice of Information Technology course, analyses the quality andeducational objection of Information Technology course, and deems that theeducational objections are: 1.training and developing the students' right Informationscience ideology. 2. training and developing students' the Informationqualificationm.3. training and developing the students to grasp Information sciencemeans. 4.training and developing students' interests and favors to learn and employInformation. This article brings forward the urgency to construct a new instructionalmodel after comprehended the Information Technology curriculum standard andideology of curriculum reform. In chapter two the learning theory and instructionaltheory in informatization environment, This article makes a retrospect and criticismfor some kinds of learning theories in history and recommends context learningtheory of constructivism. In this article, cooperative learning theory becomes a basictheory of this instructional model. The author makes a detailed introduction forideology and strategy of efficient instruction . Chapter three, the psychology theorybasement to construct a new instructional model, represents learning resultclassification of R.M.Ragne, educational objection classification of Bloom,hierarchical theory of needs, and so on. The breakthrough of intelligence theoryresearch offers the educational reform stable rationale. In chapter four, constructingnew type of instructional model ,this article introduces the theory of modelconstruction at first, then presents the makeup of new instructional model :moduleknowledge integration ,designing instructional task, designing context for instruction,students selecting and designing learning task by themselves and outcome analysisand evaluation. In chapter five, the reflective for the theory of model construction ,thisarticle dissertates the characters of new instructional model :being easy to practice ,awell-defined form, functional pertinence,organizational integration and dynamicopening;the function of new instructional model :the function of description andconstructing , the function of consulting and explaining , the function of modeling andinducting, the function of diagnosing and predicting and the function of systematicalimprovement. This article dissertates the relation between model construction andinstructional tacit.This model emphasizes students' self-determination and reflective in learning ,emphasizes self-management and cooperative learning of students, emphasizes theevaluation style which is based on development and improvement and constructsnormative and scientific evaluation indicator .This makes it easy for students toevaluate themselves . This model is constructed according to Information Technologycourses in senior middle school which is not under the pressure of high schoolentrance examination,so this model has a pointed effect to the instruction ofInformation Technology courses in senior middle school.
