Research And Application Of Methods And Techniques On Scientific Choosing Project Assessment

Scientific choosing project assessment is always one of the most important problems in the management science. Objective and fair scientific choosing project assessment can make the research work go on wheels. Scientific research project assessment that is feasibility can make full use of the government's fund.Firstly, it expatiates the basic theory about scientific choosing project assessment. The contents include the function and the building principle, the methods and the target weight of an index system for project. Secondly, this paper introduces some common methods of choosing project and analyses their merits and flaws. At last, this paper makes a deep research on it. There are the model based on the peer viewer and AHP, ANP model, BP model and ANP-BP model. These methods have been used to choosing projects. By comparing these methods ANP-BP which is based on ANP and BP is proved useful and has many advantages in the scientific research project assessment. This method which adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis tries best to reduce the influence of man in the scientific research project assessment process and improve result more scientific, more veracious and more objective. ANP-BP is more ideal method.
