Much progress has been making in middle vocational schools these days. It is requested that Vocational Schools should cultivate professional values for their students. The research from the case of ShunDe Middle Vocational Schools shows that education work of professional values in vocational schools is spontaneous but lacking in research work. The reasons are found for the problems including three main aspects. The first reason is that the schools have no more time, money and manpower to do this work while they have to challenge survival and development, and at the same time, the backward professional teaching and moral education behind time make much trouble for the exploration and practice of this enterprise. The second reason is from society, the formation of scientific professional values is affected by Chinese traditional view in Vocation and utilitarianism of market economy. The third reason origins from the students themselves. The students' origin, the complexity of students' growing mentality, and the shortage of students' ability of judgment, increase the difficulty to cultivate professional values. The suggestion to solving the problem is that schools should change their education views, put the moral education to the first place, reform their teaching and management, let mutual education model fully act.
