| The higher is the middle school teacher's demands of the curriculum revolution about new basic education, the wider become the teacher's problems. As the most important member to the reform of the curriculum, high school teachers are faced with many problems in the background of this situation. How about the present situation of their professional values? How is the relation between professional values and work attitude? Which problems have appeared in their education work at present? What influence and elicitation on education management will these bring? Thinking carefully about these problems, I do a survey on high school teachers'professional values and work attitude in several complete high schools in Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province by the means of questionnaire and interview.The survey shows that welfare factors and administration factors of the professional values are the emphasis the high school teachers focus on. What's more, welfare factors and administration factors have a positive relationship with the work attitude, and they affected work attitude greatly. However, the high school teachers' consciousness of professional development is weak. In connection with the investigation results on the current situation of the high school teachers'professional values and the relationship between the high school teachers'professional values and work attitude, I attempt to give some suggestions as follows:Firstly, we must carry out the relevant policy to promote the fair development of the education as soon as possibly. Secondly, we must establish the effective and reasonable evaluation mechanism. Thirdly, we must build specific system to ensure the continuity of high school teachers'professional development. Fourthly, we can establish appropriate incentive mechanism by applying for the dynamic principle of education management. Finally, complying with "humanistic principle", we can construct an equal, democratic, harmonious, and scientific campus environment. |
