| The core of career guidance is to help students carry on vocational choice. The important basis of vocational choice lies in vocational values. Vocational values, as the important constituent of career guidance, helps students to build up vocational value cognition system and form vocational value the choice ability, according to self-need. This study on the basis of brief research on theory and practice of vocational values, initially structures the content system of education of vocational values of career guidance, and discusses the way and the method of education of vocational values. The aim is, to reduce aimlessness in the course of vocational choice, to stimulate students' motive on vocational choice, to improve students' abilities of vocational choice and to indicate students the direction of vocational choice, by putting effective vocational values into practice.Judging from the whole thesis, it contains four parts together.Part I is on theory and practice foundation of carrying out education of vocational values of career guidance in advanced vocational colleges and schools. This part, from the dimension of occupation, value and education, from the practice stratification of policy, school, teacher and student, provides the strut for education of vocational values of career guidance in advanced vocational colleges and schools.Part II is the main content of education of vocational values of career guidance in advanced vocational colleges and schools. With the basic point of content choice, by the way of case study, vocational values' cognition education, vocational values' estimating education and vocational values' realizing education are put forward.Part III is the main way and method of education of vocational values of career guidance in advanced vocational colleges and schools.This part proposes the main way of the classroom instruction, practice and the campus culture, and the main method of the question inquired into, case analysis, subject study and the value clarification. |
