With social development and the enhancement of people's moral demand, their requirement of higher educational services increases. As an important component, colleges and universities' teachers are critical to quality of higher educational services. However, many colleges and univerties' teachers dies from job stress and burnout. Job burnout influence teachers' health and decrease the quality of teaching and the performance of research. A survey on job burnout in China indicates that job burnout could be found in 50. 34% teachers and the proportion is in the third rank among all the jobs investigated. Therefore, it's helpful to discuss the job burnout of colleges and universities' teachers, which can help to develop and utilize human resources of colleges and universities.On the basis of studying colleges and universities' climate and teachers' job burnout, the paper discusses the the relationship between colleges and universities' climate, job satisfaction and teachers' job burnout to effectively intervene teachers' job burnout.The reseach selects two hundred teachers of 2 universities and 2 colleges as sample. The paper analyses the relationship between colleges and universities' climate and teachers' job burnout by correlation analysis and regression analysis. The conclusions as follows: (1) Many colleges and universities' teachers feel job burnout. That means that stress and exhaustion increases, enthusiasm decreases.(2) The quality of colleges and universities' climate is in the middle, Especially, in the aspect of management system. Management system can not work effectively and it is inefficient to deal with affairs.(3) Colleges and universities' climate is better, the degree of teachers' job burnout is lower. The organizational climate in management system and teachers behaviors has a negative relationship with teachers' job burnout; Organizational climate in leadership style, management system and teachers' behaviors has a negative relationship with; The organizational climate in leadership style, management system and teachers' behaviors has a negative relationship with depersonalization; The organizational climate in management system and teachers' behaviors has a negative relationship with reduced personal accomplishment.(4) Job satisfaction is a mediator variable in the process of colleges and universities' cliamte influencing teachers' job burnout. Job satisfaction has absolute mediating effect in the process of organizational climate of leadership style influencing emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and has part mediating effect in the process of organizational climate of management system and teachers' behaviors influencing emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment.
