The Research About The Educative Outlays Of High School In China

The investigation about the outlays for education is never disconnected since the educative economics has been discussed in 80's of 20th century. But it is not enough to carry on an investigation into the outlays of the common high school education that is important for the whole educative system. The use and ploughed about outlays into high school can not be neglected.The objective of the research is to find the problems and to discuss the countermeasure about the financing and use of the educative outlays of common high schools in city A. The conclusions suggest the finance must be ploughed more into high schools, the structure of finance must be adjusted, outlays can be get from other ways and collecting money must be legitimated. For the use of outlays, we suggest enhancing the power of the use statutes, distributing reasonably, increasing the efficiency of use, executing the law powerfully.Through the outlays research about three different kinds of high schools in city A, we found that the outlays can not be settled by increasing the financing only. No government can deal with the outlay's problems whole and muchly unless the system is be reformed. For making the system of outlays is more responsible, reasonable, and steadily rising, we must set an explicit resolvent and push the reformation step-by-step.
