In recent years,under the impact of the international wave of teacher professionalization, national teacher education curriculum has been changing profoundly. One of the most concern is the educative practical curriculum reform.The educative practical curriculum are also experiencing a rapid changing in our country, it has experienced a continuous innovation in the aspect of course content,curriculum form,organization and other aspects.This study based on the perspective of teachers’ practical knowledge,conducted a survey on problems of the implementation of the educative practical curriculum,analysized the courses of problems,and proposed some counter-measures.In this study,the author analyzed the content and composition, characteristics and source,generation mechanism of teachers’practical knowledge.Combined with the analysis of content and form,objectives and content,characteristics of the educative practical curriculum and the generation mechanism in the educative practical curriculum.The paper proposed some enlightenments of the implementation of the educative practical curriculum,in the aspect of strengthening cultivate of the educational philosophy,strengthening on self-awareness of normal school students,strengthening the case teaching,providing adequate opportunities for student to construct continuously,strengthening the individual-experience and reflection of normal students,strengthening the demonstration and learning results timely feedback,strengthening the educational journal and educational narrative research.On this basis,the author prepared the questionnaire and interview outline,design to investigate the problems of the implementation of the educative practical curriculum. After,the author analyzed the cause of the problems.Then,the paper proposed some counter measures,in the aspect of emphasis on the cultivate of educational philosophy,.enhancing the self-awareness of normal school students, improving the teaching model,strengthening the construction and management of the practice-base,strengthening guidance teachers,and improving the evaluation mechanism.Through analysis of the study results,the paper find the root of the problems is theoretical courses and practical courses are disjointed,educative practical course schedule and arrangements for primary and secondary education are disjointed.So achieving the integration of the theoretical courses and practical courses,matching the educative practical course schedule and arrangements for primary and secondary education become an important way to improve the implementation of the educative practical curriculum.
