The Ministry of Education issued "on the comprehensive deepening of curriculum reform,and the task of implementing high moral values establishment and people cultivation proposed" opinions,the key Competence system is the core of deepening the reform of comprehensive courses in the field of basic education.As a result,the research on the key Competence of the subject is also deepening gradually.The key Competence of the subject is not only the "wind vane" of the curriculum reform,but also the value and core point of the curriculum implementation.The implementation of primary school mathematics key Competence is the focus of attention.The research on the implementation of primary school mathematics curriculum should point to the realization of primary school mathematics key Competence.This study takes F primary school in Nanchang as a case study.Based on the text perspective,we construct a key Competence framework based on mathematical thinking quality as the soul.Through teachers' questionnaires,classroom observation,interviews and other ways,we explore the current basic situation of primary school mathematics curriculum implementation,comparing it with the framework of primary school mathematics key Competence.In addition,the study explores the main factors affecting the implementation of primary school mathematics curriculum,It also provides the corresponding path and strategy for the construction of a deep curriculum culture.Through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of curriculum teaching implementation,it is found that there is a gap between the implementation of curriculum and the framework of key Competence of primary mathematics in three aspects,which are the goals,teaching methods and evaluation methods.Specific performance: the teaching goal,the core of mathematics literacy goals are contemplation,but there is a certain difference in reality,the operation ability of the status of implementation performs the best,followed by the spirit of mathematics attitude,abstract ability,emotion,intuition,mathematical model,and the data analysis concepts and reasoning ability of the poor status of implementation.In teaching methods,teaching,general questions interaction,classroom exercises,student board performance and other methods still dominate the current classroom,but for practice operation,the organization of problem situations is still lacking.In terms ofevaluation mode,the evaluation method is single,and the results are not related to students' external performance.Besides,the lack of attention to students' learning process and learning experience,thinking process and thinking quality.The analysis of the influencing factors of the curriculum implementation shows that the understanding of teachers' key Competence depends on the depth of the implementation of the key Competence curriculum.Teachers' view of mathematics teaching restricts the pace of curriculum implementation based on key Competence.Mathematics curriculum resources relate to the effect of curriculum implementation based on key Competence.Mathematics group culture influence the atmosphere of curriculum implementation based on key Competence.Therefore,in order to promote the development of key Competence,we need to rebuild cultural needs in primary school mathematics curriculum.We need to focus on the development of students' core mathematics literacy and make curriculum implementation more precise.Fostering "scaffolding" for students' key Competence in mathematics and make the implementation of the curriculum is more deep.Building an educational community to develop the key Competence of students and make the curriculum be more temperature.
