With the process of reform of education, the issue of educational industrialization and the development of that have still under debate. The process of it stemmed from and developed in the 1990's,caused many social issues we concerned, although such issues have not been mentioned by our government at all.In order to expand domestically market and ease the pressure of the insuffient fund to education form the government ,China's industrialization of education begun with higher education reform. But, the advent of such phenomenon as high-pay, educational corruption severely damaged the life of people and the credit of universities.The main purpose of this thesis is to explore solutions to the questions caused by educational industrialization. Many factors, including insuffient fund and non-balance of structure have been involved .those questions may give rise to lots of negative results in China.From the macroscopic view, those questions are not incurable; the just of education and the development of educational industrialization can be achieved at the same time. We should stain this goal cautiously and steadily. As a matter of fact, the author has also issued his own explanation and a series of solutions.
