Research On The Actualities Of Undergraduates' Role Socialization In Leisure Time And Educational Countermeasures

At present the undergraduates have a great deal of leisure time, leisure played an important part in their lives, which quality has close relationship with their future life. The youth role socialization is one of its main tasks for growth, in the mean time training social role is significant socialization context. Leisure not only provides enough time which is indispensable condition for the individual socialization, but also provides practicing opportunity for role acting.With literatures study, questionnaire investigation and interview, this article takes family role and professional role as the research object of undergraduates role socialization, mainly researches from two aspects: the role consciousness and the role behavior. It describes the real situation of contemporary undergraduates leisure life and role socialization in leisure time, which be analyzed with sociological, the pedagogy theory. Then, the article provides three solution measures on the basis of questions, which are undergraduates'leisure lives quality not high, the activities unitary,action sphere narrow, leisure skills lack, the leisure installation insufficient,the school guidance lack and so on. (1)the school superintendent must realize the importance of leisure education, upgrade its status; (2)educate leisure educational instructor;(3).frame leisure education curriculum.In the view of the questions that exist in undergraduates'role socialization at leisure time under the actual situation of universities,the article proposes six solutions:(1) make the most use of social practice in the process of role socialization; (2) aggrandize sports culture's function of promoting students socialization ; (3) display function of association in the process of role socialization; (4) enhance the university student self- consciousness of education;(5) reconstruct the campus culture;(6) intensify psychological consultation and tutorship.
