| Teachers' professional ethics is a new form of teachers' ethics in the learning society, and it is the intrinsic request of the development for the teachers' professionalize. The development of teachers' professional ethics is a history progress, it has gone though the stage of teachers' holy-orders ethics in agricultural society, the stage of teachers' pragmatic ethics in industrial society, and the last stage of teachers' professional ethics in learning society. It has several characters, such as people oriented, team self-conscious and the equity of education. There are two reasons for onstruction of teachers' professional ethics in learning society, the first is the condition of teachers' labor has been changed, it contains change of education's ideology, change of the relation between teacher and student, change of teacher's labor, and change of studying manner. The second is the active system's fault, such as the absence of speciality, the content is too idealization, and it can not to be carried out easily, all of these are the actual jumping-off. The focal-point of the article is to construct the professional ethics in learning society. Chapter four of article constructs the frame of teachers' professional ethics. It can be divided into four aspects from top to bottom : the ideal of teachers' professional ethics, the principle of teachers' professional ethics, the criterion teachers' professional ethics and the rule of teachers' professional ethics. It can be laterally divided into four aspects too, relationship between teacher and student, relationship between teacher and himself, relationship between teacher and his fellow, and relationship between teacher and genearch or other related personnel. The construction of the teachers' professional ethics in learning society is a sign of maturation in teachers' specialization, it also can provides the standards for teachers' professional activity. It is helpful to the occupation development.
