Taking high school teachers' teaching introspection as a object of investigation, this text has investigated the circumstance of high school teachers' teaching introspection of Lu'an with the reformation of basic education curriculum, and discovered that first, the actual effect of teacher training of the new curriculum is not very good, and does not reach the demand of "whole member training"; second, the teachers have discrepancy between cognition and behavior of teaching introspection, as well as school system construction needs to be strengthen; third, the organization of teaching & study can not satisfy the need of school and teachers' development, and lack of an effective guidance to teachers; fourth, phenomenon of "big class sum" with "small class sum" both restrict the teaching introspection; finally, the single evaluation system also hinders the teachers' teaching introspection. Aim at the above problems, put forward the following suggestions to the developing teaching introspection of high school in Lu'an: first, government should increase the support of curriculum reformation, and put forth effort to set up a school original system of teaching and study; second, we should pay attention to school original training to help teachers teaching introspecting; third, strengthen construction of staff room, also exert the organization of teaching & study's function of guidance to teaching introspection; fourth, establish an effective mechanism, and do well in instructing and valuating of teaching introspection; finally, improve the single evaluation system of teachers.
