Following the wave of the curriculum of fundamental education in our country, the new request to the teacher's own quality and that of the students' cultivation make the teacher obtain higher requirements with the renewal of education idea .To achieve this goal, the specialized quality of the teacher should be developed. One of the efficient ways is to implement the reflective teaching.The network environment with abundant, fast, fresh information resources facilitates the reflective teaching .The Significance of my research is: expanding the area of teacher professional knowledge; providing a new idea to teacher professional development; improving the teacher's information quality; impacting the students' activity subtly. Thus, it will have a major impact in cultivating the qualified people with innovation awareness and practical ability.The topic of my research is carrying out the reflective teaching based on the campus network to accelerate the teacher's professional development. Based on this topic, my research identifies two major problems. They are how to carry out the reflective teaching based on campus network and what kinds of information platform should be created for the teacher's reflective study and professional development.Though the education active research, document analysis, comparative study, case Analysis and questionnaire survey, the author has done some theoretical and practical research study. Firstly, the author attempts to construct a framework for the theory of the reflective teaching based on network environment. Secondly, the author organizes the teacher to participate in the practice and collects the teacher's feedback information through conversation and investigation to enrich the content. Thirdly, the thesis forms some instruction cases of the reflective teaching based on network environment.Based on the above study, the conclusion of the research is: information skill is the basis of problem-solving of the reflective teaching; implement the reflective teaching is an efficient way to promote the teacher's professional development; using the web log can advance the teacher's self-reflection; the communication on network can accelerate the exchange reflection.The subject I will continue to study is: How to evaluate the reflective teaching base on network? How to design an information platform for the reflective teaching?...
