With the development of training and exploitation of human resources in China, market for training is becoming more and more appealing. Training industry is converting from an out-of-order market to an in-order one, and become normalized and more professional. How to Build the Professional Development System for Trainers becomes an important topic. The trainers' professional qualification is the focus of all community.Enormous opportunities for advancement are offered to trainers by such a rapidly developing training industry. In the meantime, competition is more intense due to the increasing number of people attracted by training. However, only the trainers with professional qualifications could survive in competition. Thus, it is a common sense for trainers to participate in professional training to advance professional ability and upgrade level of competitiveness.People, who can use updated conceptions of training and techniques to plan, explore and market training programs, make and implement training programs and people who are capable of training teaching, training administration and training consultation.The professional development system for trainers will standardize the entries requirement, professional knowledge and skills, assessment and certification, progression routes and recognition, and the training syllabus. It is vital for us to build up the National Vocational Qualification system and the policy to promote.The research is divided into five parts. Part one "the introduction of the research" explores the above topics. This part explores the aim, significance and researching idea of the study on the compilation and structure of How to Build the Professional Development System for Trainers.Part two is a macroscopical view of modern trend in training industry. Part three is about trainers qualification in a microcosmic view. Part four focus on the actual situation of the trainers guilds. Part five is perspective and advice for relevant government and most of them have been accepted already.
