| The nationwide common university began to adopt the new recruiting way, which is a distant-enrollment on net since 2001. Furthermore, because of the "Sars" in 2003 and under requirement of the ministry of education, the nationwide common university adopted the distant-enrollment-on-net to do recruiting work entirely and abolished the former locale-enrollment way. Now, not only the freshmen's recruiting of the common university, but also the freshmen's recruiting of the adult education and graduate student have adopted the distant-enrollment-on-net.The fashion's change of recruiting causes the need of a new processing of freshmen-recruiting to fit it and the former handwork-processing of freshmen- recruiting can't adapt the new phasic need. The sub-system of Nacues(National common university enrollment system, produced by ministry of education) doesn't supply the function of the processing of the recruiting information. So it is necessary to have a system, which is aiming at processing of recruiting data. The aim of such study is to fill up this system blank and supply a service for the data's cooperation and alternation of the processing of freshmen- recruiting,data-statistic and other systems.The function framework of the data processing system for the university enrollment are made up of four modules: the module of data's gathering and uniting, data's managing and converting, data's cooperation and exchanging, data's statistic and report-form. And, to meet the whole need of the enrollment work, to expend the range of the system's appliance and to strengthen the system's function, the system even expand the other function modules such as: user-administer, mission-administer, aid-tool, freshman-registration, etc. The system can not only be used to do the processing of the university enrollment, but also be used to do the processing of enterprise' report datas. And it can be used as a currency system of data processing.
