The thesis analyzes the teachers' present situation and problems exciting in non-government schools all over the country. It mainly focuses on the faculty problems, including five aspects: the proportion of teachers to students, the percentage of retired teachers, the ages of teachers, the titles of professional posts and educational background of teachers, the ratio of full-time and part-time teachers. The teachers' present situation of the private schools are expounded by comparing with that public schools in Jinchang.According to the present situation of the private schools in Jinchang, faculty problems and causes of formation are analyzed. The structure of teachers' ages isn' t rational. The ranks of teachers aren' t steady. Personnel establishment isn' t managed properly. The source of coming teachers isn' t unimpeded. The social security system isn' t perfect. The system of improving professional knowledge isn' t completed. Teaching effect aren' t so good. The main reason for faculty problems lie in the system of organization, which isn' t managed smoothly both inside and outside.A case study was done in a private school. The development of non-government schools is reappeared from recent years' general conditions, faculty conditions, the exchange and thought of construction of faculty. The faculty problems and the causes of these problems of non-government schools in Jinchang are further confirmed.In according with the teachers' problems and causes of them in non-government in Jinchang, the author put forward the countermeasure of solving the teachers' problems both in internal and external sides, to establish policy laws and regulations system and to The external side is countermeasure of perfectly establishing policy laws and regulations and to build scientific and reasonable administration sysytem.
