The stimulus system is an effective way to make the most of organizations and individuals on the basis of being economical and pragmatic. Being an important factor of the development of higher education, logistic reform in universities emphasizes the significance of setting the stimulus system to make use of human resources and escalate the service function to realize the sustainable development and social value of the logistic system. This essay is about the reform and development of logistics in universities, the characteristics of logistic service and the presence of stimulus system in logistic service system in higher education.
