The main task of this article is to study the stimuli of college students' behaviors. I have worked on students' affairs for a few years and I have mainly turned to ideology instructing, As a result of my working experience I have recognized its many advantages and they have produced a very important and noticeable effect on teaching and other facets, however, just as every coin has two sides, ideology instructing has its passive effect. It is demanding people to do but not people willing to do. This article commencing on studying the behaviors of college students is just enlightened by the thought. At first this article introduces the concept of stimulus on which it goes on to emphasize the fundamental principal of stimuli affecting on people. The principal is that motives are induced by people's requirements and motives lead to behaviors, in other words, making efforts and efforts bring people to their destinations and make them feel satisfied. This article reveals this circular and endless law. This article has originally established the mathematical model of stimuli on college students, put it in another way, a stimulus system affecting on college students' behaviors. In the system if you give it an input it will give you a corresponding output which is pursued by our work according to some law. Some investigations on the basis of which I have established the requirement system summarize the real requirements of nowadays college students. Every one of those requirements is an input needed by the system. On the basis of Party' s education policy we have established college students' object system, and these objects are the very results that we need, which are correspondent The system should be input if we want to reach the objects. In the end this article studies some methods of giving inputs(that' s to say, stimuli) mainly including stimuli from achievements, stimuli from expectations, stimuli from objects, stimuli from equalities, stimuli from frustrations and so on.Every method above is just an input giving to the system. As a result of the inputs entered into the system we will get expecting outputs one by one.
