In order to probe into the relation of sports teacher's occupational stressor, coping style and general life satisfaction in the middle school, regarding 381 sports teachers of middle school in Fujian Province as the research object, by the means of adopting questionnaire of sports teacher's occupational stressor, the simple coping style scale and general life satisfaction scale(SWLS) in the middle school, the thesis evaluates and analyzes their occupational stressor, coping style and general life satisfaction.The result of study is as follows: (1) Middle school sports teacher's main occupational stressor has professional needs and job factor, total score of occupational stressor exists prominent differences on sex (t=2.228 p<0.05) , school place (t=3.520 p<0.001) , age (F=3.040 p<0.05) variable, some factors of occupational stressor exist prominent differences on professional title and teaching object; (2) Middle school sports teacher's stressor coping style adopts active coping style, passive coping style exists prominent differences on sex(t=2.273,p<0.05), positive coping style exists prominent differences on school place(t=2.273 ,p<0.05), length of teaching ( F=5.115,p<0.01 ) , professional title(F=3.441,p<0.05) variable; (3) Middle school sports teacher's general life satisfaction exists prominent differences on sex(t=3.650,p<0.001), age(F=8.956,p<0.001), length of teaching(F=5.966,p<0.001), professional title(F=8.642,p<0.001), education(t=3.728,p<0.001), school place(t=6.002,p<0.001) variable; (4) There is prominent inverse correlation between middle school sports teacher's occupational stressor and general life satisfaction, and there is prominent positive correlation between active coping style and general life satisfaction. Professional needs, student factor, and active coping style has certain prediction function to general life satisfaction, and it is 15.4% for its explaining amount together.In the synthesis analyzes, the research draws the following conclusion: (1) Middle school sports teacher's main occupational stressor has professional needs and job factor, occupational stressor exists individual characteristic difference; (2) Middle school sports teacher's stressor coping style adopts active coping style, coping style exists individual characteristic difference; (3) Middle school sports teacher's general life satisfaction exists individual characteristic difference; (4) There is prominent correlation among middle school sports teacher's occupational stressor, coping style and general life satisfaction, active coping style is intermediary variable between occupational stressor and general life satisfaction.
