Teachers misconduct issue is not only restricted the development of education, but also to the overall progress of society, the impact of the rise and fall of the Chinese nation. Fujian to the study physical education teachers for primary and secondary research, mainly literature, survey and interview, mathematics and statistics and other methods of primary and secondary PE teachers misconduct for investigation and research.The results indicate that, first, the miss pattern behavior varied from series to slight as traditional, target oriented, value and emotional type. Second, the dimensionality of miss behavior exist difference, which is affected by the gender, age education background, school location, in the country, village, town or in the civil. Third, the representation of these miss behavior summarized as lose respect of a teacher, honest lose in instruction, duty breach, stumble on management, unbalanced relationship, lose control on emotion, improperly diction, malpractice, and imprudence on study. Forth, each dimension is connected closely and obviously not exist insulation. In searching the root cause of the miss behavior of PE teacher of Junior and primary, we also bring out solutions and control measures to channel off their behavior.
