Research On The Management Mechanical Of CUBA Coaches

CUBA is the first special sports league match for University students in Chinese sports history,which is facing to both universities and society,raising high quality,high level basketball talents as its goal,and adopting socialized and industrialized operation pattern.As a newborn thing, however,CUBA's theoretical foundation and summation of practice are still weak.At present,the low level of competition seriously restricts its development.Despite the fact that CUBA has made great progress in the past ten years, it still has not attained the goal of providing reserve talents for the CBimatch and the national team.The CUBA coaches play an important role in the enhancement of CUBA competition level and their coaching abilities affect whether the CUBA competition level can be raised or not to a great extent.Coaches of the 9th CUBA as its study object,and bibliographical method;Investigation method;Mathematic statistics method;Method of comparative study;Logical reasoning method and etc.as its study methods,this article closely studied the current actuality of management of CUBA coaches,and pointed out the insufficiencies.Following are a summarization of the characteristics;1.Singleness of the management.2.Comparatively clear goal,but without achievements appraisal system for it.3.Bad organization of control system 4.Variety of management systems.Concrete manifestation:the not no scientific and perfect selection system of coaches causes coach with high school education and post title,but lacking of work experience.Coach do not have very clear training goal,and lack of system for it.No clear division of work of teaching and training for competition according to the present management does cause lacking of specialist in the very domain Feed back system for coaches still need to be improved to be perfect.That the scientific management of CUBA coaches is not formed has become one of the important factors which affects the raising of Chinese universities' basketball playing level.This article referred to many references from domestic and abroad,it investigates the management experience of modern athletic coaches and the main contains and modes of the management of Chinese modern coaches.It makes a deep analysis of all the elements of CUBA coaches management mechanical from the following six aspects:the management goal,the management system,the management method,the evaluation system,the relationship between each element and the whole effect.This paper also illustrates the basic condition for the carrying out of CUBA coaches' management mechanical in great detail and further puts forward methods to improve it which are listed as follows:(1)take the post appointment and contractual management,establish a sound mechanism of engagement:(2) clear the object of training,training should be systematic and long-term;(3)strengthening the system of encouragement, activating the talents' vitality and improving the efficiency of personnel placement.Through the deep and detailed analysis of CUBA coaches' management mechanical,this paper aims to set up a more scientific and humanistic CUBA coaches' management mechanical and promotes the development of Chinese universities' basketball cause.
