School education is the core of the education system, is the key of the talent cultivation. Primary and secondary education is the foundation of education, the supervision in the process of school talent cultivation is the regulation that the Party and the country to school educational system on macro, it is important performance to ensure the direction and quality of talent cultivation, also it is key aspects of management adjustment that educational administrative department to school education. It can clearly be seen that strengthen education supervision, specifically strengthen the supervision of primary and secondary school education have great significance. Our country attach importance to educational supervision have a long history, with the continuous reform and development of education, our country also increasing emphasis on education supervisors. Objectively, the development of educational supervision work need educational theory and practice person to strengthen the research of educational supervision.The research based on an example of G district in Chongqing, and on the basis of questionnaire, interview survey and Literature review, to show the current status of educational supervision in basic education schoolsupervision:①the status quo of school supervision organization system, include the status quo of function attitude,organizational setting and evaluation criteria with school supervision,②the status quo of school supervision team building,include the status quo of review mechanism,team structure and function realization with supervisors; also the research revealed the major issues of basic education school supervision:①the basic institutional problems of school supervision,include safeguard mechanism,incentivemechanism,evaluate mechanismand trainmechanism are imperfect, ② schools inspection system own problems, setting institution form chaosincludeorganization name,characterization and staffing.team building chaos include aging supervisor, low policy level,shortage number, less demanding work condition, poor working style and low professional level, and the problem of lack of authority and ineffective of supervision,③the problems during the process of school supervision, include attach importance to"administrative supervision" but underrate"school supervision", supervision evaluation process have some issues, such as program oversimplify,evaluation index sclerosis,single supervisory body and low effectiveness of the use of supervision result.This research further explore and analysis of the reason of the above problems,mainly have:①the main reasons for the government level are missing system construction, management isimperfect and funding is not enough,②the main reasons for the school level arelack of acquaint and not enough attention,③the main reasons for the social level are propaganda is not enough,weak awareness of students and parents,④the main reasons for the theory level are between "supervise" and "guide"existence opposing, and learning inadequate.Finally,for status quo, issues and reasons of educational supervision in basic education school of our country,researcher have proposed suggestions to comprehensive supervision system of basic education school:①stablish a complete education supervision mechanism system,② school supervision management system transformation, includesupervision agencies transformation,shift the focus of supervision, and supervision function transformation,③transform school supervision evaluation system,includetransform the pattern of supervisionevaluation,transform the subject of supervisionevaluation,transform the method of supervision evaluation,④ enhance the professional standards of educational institutions in teaching supervision aspect, ncludespecialization of supervision program.specialization of supervisors,specialized supervisory methods and related skills.
