It is the key of training the high quality-practical talents which society need and also the important direction of constructing a contingent of teachers for high vocational education to develop a group of Double-Professional Teacher, which adapt to the requirements of high vocational education, is employment-oriented and strengthen the skill and practice. The thesis includes the following parts: Part 1 Raise Questions Training of high -skilled talent depends on double-professional teachers. The article raises questions like what a double-professional teacher is like, and how we train them. At the same time, it elaborates the present situation of domestic research and study methods. Part 2 through the survey on the supply-demand situation of skilled talents, the gap was found in skill between talents that enterprises need and those that vocational colleges supply. The article analyses the reasons and thinks that one of the main reasons leading to the gap is that vocational colleges are lack of excellent double-professional teachers seriously. Part 3 Starting from the elaboration of the connotation of double-professional teachers; the article elaborates the required skills, the training ways and modes. Part 4 The article analyses the existing problems in the process of training of double-professional teachers and reasons. The article gives some suggestions on countermeasures taken by government and vocational colleges. Part 5 some experience as reference was acquired from the practice of the training of double-professional teachers. The article thinks that knowledge bias on double-professional teachers is the subjective reason for slow development of the training work of double-professional teachers. The absence of management mechanism is the objective reason. The article, from the angle of supply-demand relationship in economy science and enterprises needing skillful talents, on the platform of strategic theory, under the pretext of difference of skilled talents' supply-demand, studies the training of double-professional teachers. In contrast, previous study on double-professional teachers was from the angle of pedagogy. Therefore, there are some creative points in this article. This research has proposed some feasible measures to the practical problems that would be faced during the process of training double-professional teacher's ability in Advanced Vocational Colleges.
