With the increasing social competition, the problem of job burnout appears. Job burnout will cause huge negative effect to individual, family, organization and society. Therefore, investigate the job burnout status, explore the factors that affect the job burnout, which will help to find the way to intervene in the job burnout.This research which based on the Job Demands-Resources Model, explores the effect between job demands, job resources and burnout, trying to find a way to reduce burnout from the traits of job itself. And with the concept of psychological capital became more concerned, it is necessary to find a way to reduce burnout form the employees themselves.This research investigated 234 enterprise employees by using MBI-GS which has been edited by Chinese researchers, job demand-resources questionnaire and psychological capital questionnaire. SPSS 13.0 and Amos 5.0 were applied to analyze data. The results are follows:(1)With the increase of job demands, for high decision authority individuals, the level of exhaustion will be lower;but for low decision authority individuals, the level of exhaustion will be much more higher.(2)With the increase of job demands, for high society support individuals, the level of inefficacy will be lower;but for low society support individuals, the level of inefficacy will be much more higher.(3)With the increase of job complexity, for high hope individuals, the level of exhaustion will be lower; but for low hope individuals, the level of exhaustion will be much more higher.(4)With the increase of job demands, for high optimism individuals, the level of cynicism will be lower;but for low optimism individuals, the level of cynicism will be much more higher.
