A Study On The Current Situation And Relevance Of Learning Burnout And Positive Psychological Capital Of Sports Majors In Fujian Province

This study is based on previous studies,taking the current situation of learning burnout and positive psychological capital of students majoring in Physical Education in Fujian Province as the research object,and the students majoring in Physical Education in six universities in Fujian Province as the research object,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,to study the present situation of learning burnout and positive psychological capital of college students majoring in physical education and the relationship between them.The recovered data were processed by Excel and SPSS 23.0 software,and the following conclusions were drawn by descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis:1.The degree of academic burnout of college students majoring in physical education is at the lower-middle level,70.2% of the college students did not show learning burnout,29.8% of the college students showed learning burnout.2.The degree of technical burnout of college students majoring in physical education is at the lower-middle level,89.0% of the students did not show learning burnout,11.0% of the students were tired of learning technical courses.3.The positive psychological capital of sports majors is at the medium to upper level,91.4% of the students majoring in physical education were in a positive state,8.6% of the students were in a negative state.4.There is a significant negative correlation between the study burnout of theoretical courses and the positive psychological capital,and between the study burnout of technical courses and the positive psychological capital.5.The total score of positive psychological capital has a significant negative predictive effect on learning burnout in theoretical courses a nd technical courses.
