Nowadays, fierce competition results in growing pressure on people. Such Problem as job burnout appears in various service industries. Thereinto, primary and secondary school teachers play the role of models for others. Since people have strict expectations on them and their social responsibilities also tend to be heavy,their problem of job burnout comes into limelight in society. Primary and secondary school teachers, as a profession in service industries, are considered as high emotion workers among professional technical workers in Hochschild’s six occupation classifications. The Emotion Labor which takes emotion moderation as essence can moderate the extent of job burnout when it have a active personal internal resource, psychological capital matching. The research indicates psychological capital usually has varieties of effects on outcome.The research based on relationship among primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological capital, emotion labor strategies and job burn out uses "primary and secondary school teachers’ emotion capital questionnaire" designed by Mao Jinping and her student Xie Yin,"primary and secondary school teachers’ emotion work questionnaire" designed by Liu Yanlin as well as "primary and secondary school teachers’ job burnout scale" designed by Xu fuming, Jifeng, Chao Qiulin to investigate some of the primary and secondary school teachers in Hunan province with questionnaires. By dealing with data through in descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis and path analysis of structural equation model from SPSS17.0and AMOS18.0, the conclusion can be drawn as follows:1.There have been gender differences in depersonalization of job burnout, indicating the extent of depersonalization on male teachers is higher than that of female teachers. So have been the emotion labor strategies, job burnout and psychological capital between rural areas and urban areas. And urban teachers’ emotion labor strategies, job burnout and psychological are higher than those of rural teachers.Teachers in different teaching age groups have significant differences in active deep acting, task-oriented psychological capital, interpersonal emotional psychological capital and low personal accomplishments. In terms of surface acting,expression of naturally felt emotions, task oriented psychological capital, emotion exhaustion and depersonalization, Teachers in different studying phases have significant differences.2.The psychological capital,active deep acting, expression of naturally felt emotions of primary and secondary school teachers are related to various dimensions of job burnout.3.The psychological capital of primary and secondary school teachers has direct effect on emotion labor strategies and job burnout. 4.The psychological capital of primary and secondary school teachers which has buffer effect on job burnout can influence job burnout through active deep acting in emotion labor strategies.5.The psychological capital of primary and secondary school teachers can moderate the effect brought by job burnout on depersonalization and emotion exhaustion.
