The Research Of University Knowledge Innovation Theory Based On Triple Helix Model

In the knowledge based economy, different fields of experts and scholars have researched it from different angles. Triple Helix theory put forward by Henry Etzkowitz advocate that colleges, enterprises and governments which are three main creativity actors, cooperated and interaction closely. They make close relationship base the need of economic development and shape the new cross-cutting impact of Triple Helix model which could strengthen the cooperation among university-industry-government to promote the overall development of synergies. TH which is the optimist shape and structure that the corporation relationship of colleges, enterprises and governments develop to, supplies a new theoretic frame for knowledge creativity mode of colleges.The main line of this article is the relationship of the TH theory and the university knowledge innovation. The idea of the study is the" theoretical basis-character analysis-resource integration-model building". The article advocates that university is the main actor of knowledge innovation basing on the analysis of the TH theory. University is the force station of the economic basing on knowledge, as it is the source of the innovation. University knowledge innovation basing on the university-enterprise-government TH expand the mission of university, university knowledge innovation pay more attention to the external demand and focus the social value of the outcome. The features of university knowledge innovation in TH model can be summed up as 4 points which is market-oriented, breakthrough single entity of one university, beyond the framework of discipline, focus on the process of project management to protection of intellectual property rights, and then analysis the innovation resources integration of university of knowledge basing on the resources complementation of TH model and formed the organization structure to promote the university innovation. The article concludes the three university knowledge innovation in TH model: university-lead knowledge innovation, enterprise-lead of university knowledge innovation and government-lead of university knowledge innovation. Another point is that the function of the intermediary as the fourth spiral to the university knowledge innovation deserves further thought.
