Promoting the quality improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the demand of the times for my country’s economy and society to enter the stage of high-quality development,and it is a major support for further implementing the national innovation-driven development strategy and building a socialist modernized market economic system.Since the introduction of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the cause of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has developed rapidly and vigorously in my country,deeply integrated with economic and social development,and has played a huge role in promoting the transformation of my country’s economic structure and employment.At present,my country’s economic and social development has entered the stage of high-quality development,systematically analyzes the shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the stage of high-quality development,and proposes strategies to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.To achieve high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,It is of great significance to promote the sustainability of high-quality economic development in my country.This paper comprehensively uses literature research method,theoretical analysis method and questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hunan provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.First,the relevant content of the triple helix theory applied in this paper and the connotation of the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education are explained in detail,and the rationality of applying the triple helix theory to the study of the quality improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is based on this.This paper lays a foundation for the analysis of the reasons behind and the construction of strategies for improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hunan provincial colleges and universities based on this theory.Secondly,in order to accurately understand the current situation of the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hunan provincial undergraduate colleges and universities,different questionnaires were designed for the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hunan provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.Policy,summed up the shortcomings of the three main subjects in the process of high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship,and found that colleges and universities have not implemented the high-quality development goals of innovation and entrepreneurship education,government policies are not timely enough,enterprises are profit-seeking and resource integration mechanisms This paper analyzes the problems such as imperfection,and analyzes the actual and expected effectiveness of universities,enterprises and governments in improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Finally,based on the above survey and analysis conclusions,and based on the triple helix theory,some strategic suggestions for improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hunan provincial undergraduate colleges are put forward from three levels: colleges,enterprises and government.
