The problem of the employment of college graduates is currently the focus of attention of the community generally,and also affect the development of higher education. China's college graduates are precious human resources. The market for college graduates is an important means of allocation of personnel.However,in the background of the supply and demand imbalance in the labour market, the students often encounter discrimination in the process of finding job, (some discrimination is directly aimed at college graduates). Graduates employment discrimination undermine the fair competition in the market environment, hinder the free flowing of people, and impact the graduates optimizing the distribution of resources and full employment,resulthe graduates's normal socialization process, lead to a waste of human resources objectively. At the same time, employment discrimination also affected the whole society, people's concepts of equality,legal and self-esteem received a serious impact.Therefore,the theoretical analysis and research of the issue of discrimination in employment, researched how to effectively eliminate discrimination in employment, not only help to promote the employment environment of college graduates, but also conducive to the development of higher education and our country's "powerful people" strategy.In this paper, I analysis and status the employme of discrimination of college graduates,and analysis the main reason of employme of discrimination ,using the social exclusion theory.I think college graduates encountered the discrimination of gender,height,age,education and domicile (geographical).Therefore, this paper analysis the causes of the college of employment discrimination from the perspective of the supply and demand relations in the market,the government's unreasonable policy orientation,not perfect in prohibiting discrimination of employment,the impact of the employment of university students the causes of discrimination.And this paper propose the settlement of the ways and means from the perspective of the abolition of unreasonable systems and policies to eliminate discriminatory policies,Perfecting the employment discrimination laws and regulations,promoting the reform of the household registration system innovation,building the multi-level system of legal protection,elimination of gender exclusion and strengthen social support and adjustment of the ideas of personnel training in college.
