In recent years, higher education in our country has changed from elite education into mass education. College students’ employment situation is becoming more and more serious. Female college students’employment, as a part of university students’ employment, is facing more difficulties and hardships. This research takes female college students as the research object, based on the theory of social exclusion system. The research starts from career choice, the status at home and abroad; explains the meaning and exchanges of college students; and then analyzed the meaning of social exclusion theory, structure and characteristic. Through questionnaire and interview, we find the female college students employment preferences, employment desire, job standards. To understand the current situation of students’ employment, standing in the perspective of social gender analysis, describing individual women how to understand their situation and the cause of the current situation, understand what they encountered in the process of job search and the work of the barrier factors, and how to construct themselves in employment, and how to deal with the relationship between the marriage, family and personal career, then use a powerful tool of social exclusion to generate the process and mechanism of female employment problem.Through the research, the author draws to the following conclusions:the contemporary female students have plural values, attaching great importance to self value and economic value; They lack of risk awareness and entrepreneurial spirit, still appealing to professional and affordable jobs; At the same time, there are still some misunderstandings, such as high employment expectations, lack of confidence, psychological vulnerability, and used to relying on others, etc.The author respectively analyze the concept of social exclusion, binding rejection of social resources, employment ability, social security.Through the study, we draw the following four Suggestions:(1) The government should improve fertility security system, actively improve the "rejection" legal system, intensify supervision and law enforcement of employment discrimination. (2) Positive social mass media should actively build female image, increase social positive energy. (3) Female college students should have a good manner. (4) Female college students should raise their own consciousness, fully embody their female advantage.
