The Research On Innovative Talents Development Of Master Degree Students

With the high level of development on science and technology in the 21 century, there are lots of fierce competitions among different countries. Most of countries valued their innovative talents and promote the new products and services. Nowadays, every government focuses on nurturing innovative talents, with the view of globalization, first-classic education conception and the development of high science &technology. Our country has the sense of significance of innovative talents, but from the feedback of the labor market, the condition is not optimistic as the graduates with master degree could not make their companies satisfied as there are several reasons.According to the above mentioned, this research is aim to make an exploration of new thoughts in the cultivation of innovative master degree candidates and a try of extending the creativity of organizations. Hopefully, this thesis could make some contribution to the process of innovative talents development of university education, institutions and companies.From the perspective of methodology, the thesis made a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, of theory research and empirical study and multi-views of human resource management, talents and organizational behavior.In sum, this thesis discussed the mode of innovative master degree candidates and proved three hypotheses as follows, the innovative capability could not make their companies satisfactory; current innovative capabilities of master degree candidates are ordinary; coaching skills can help these students to improve their innovative thoughts and expressions effectively. What's more, the research proposed the design of coaching courses for master degree students.
