A Study On Attitude Towards Honesty And Its Effects Among Middle School Students Postgraduate Of Psychology Of Development And Education

Honesty is the core of contents of the Morals quality. During a long qeriod of time, little interest in studying honesty came from the perspective of psychology. The present study inquires into the attitude to honesty and its effects among middle school students from the psychological perspective. It will be promoting the localization research on honesty. The results are following:I .The Inventory about attitude to honesty and its effects among middle school students had good validity and reliability. It was up to psychology testing theory and was suitable for surveying use.II. By means of exploratory factor analysis, the research founds that attitude tiwards honesty is constructed of four dimensions, that is, right honesty cognition, negative honesty emotion and right honesty behavior. Its effects are constructed of five dimensions, that is , the right honesty cognition of the parents , the parent's wrong educate ways, the negative influences of the sciety, the positive behavior of the important peoples,, and the negative influences of the important people's behavior.III. The difference of attitude towards honesty is significant between girl middle school students and boys middle school students. The difference of attitude towards honesty is significant among different grades. The difference of attitude towards honesty is significant between point and common midle school students, and there are significant among different middle school in negative honesty emotion.IV.The difference of effects of the honesty is significant among different grandes in the parental wrong educate ways, negative influences of the sciety,right honesty cognition of the parents; the difference of the effect of attitude towards honesty is significant between rural and urban family's in the parental wrong educate ways,negative influence of the important peoples behavior.V. The influential factors on effects of attitude towards honesty are family location,parental occupation,student's grade and school category.VI. Middle school student's attitude towards honesty is significant relate with its effects.
