Research On The Application Of 'Three Standards Embraced In One System' Quality Management System In Web-Based Higher Education

Web-based higher education which is a form of distant education has become a new pattern of higher education in network era. Web-based higher education provides more educational opportunities, promotes the economic and social development. Meanwhile, it brings us lots of questions. By analyzing these questions, the thesis suggests applying the 'Three Standards Embraced in one System' Quality Management System (TSES system for short), in order to promote the healthy development of web-based higher education.Firstly, according to the problems, the thesis suggests scientific and standardized management and applying the TSES system in web-based higher education. Secondly, by analyzing the necessity and feasibility, the thesis indicates that the TSES system can be applied in the web-based higher education. Thirdly, from theoretical and operable aspects, the thesis discussed the application and construction of the TSES system into web-based higher education and took an actual application as an example to prove its effectiveness.
