It is a dominant tide in today's curricular transformation to strengthen the quality of courses in synthesizing and practicing. The new curricular transfonnation on Basic Education refers to that the integrated practical activities should be set up as a required course from primary schools to senior middle schools, which aims at cultivating students' innovative consciousness and practical ability, strengthening their sense of social responsibility. It realizes the structural breakthrough of our country's basic educational curricular system to set up the integrated practical activities curriculum. That becomes not only a sparkling point but also a difficult point of the new curricular transformation. It is benefit to further push the implementation of this curriculum by investigating and analyzing the current situation of implementation on the integrated practical activities curriculum.This research takes primary schools in Chongzuo city, Guangxi province as examples to investigate the current situation of these schools' curricular implementation through making questionnaire, having interviews, observing and so on, in order to find problems, search reasons and discuss solvable ways.Through investigation, some problems are found: schools' curricular organization and management are loose, the course can not reach the designated position, the power of directors and teachers lacks, the mechanism of evaluation delays, the curricular resources can not be exploited abundantly. The reasons leading these problems above are the followings: the Ministry of Education don't attach importance to it and lack effective management; the conception of starting a school is backward and the measures of management are not dependable; teachers' teaching conception and related abilities can not keep trace with the times and many objective factors consist such as social surroundings, teaching conditions and safe problems. Concerning about these problems, this research puts forward the following suggestions: reinforcing the management of Ministry of Education toward integrated practical activities, improving different kinds of guaranteed mechanisms; innovating schools' conception, standardizing the integrated practical activities; strengthening qualified teachers' construction; exploiting the local curricular resources scientifically and reasonably.
