| Integrated practical activity curriculum is a practical courses which under the the guidance of teacher’s, take the students interest as the center, from the personal, natural, social three aspects of the students and the students’ experience and social activities closely related to various practical topics to explore, pay attention to the interaction of knowledge and skills, can make the students get firsthand experience. This course has been studied since 2001, it has been widely concerned by researchers, and has been carried out to explore the curriculum concept, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and other aspects, and achieved fruitful results.Subsequently, the implementation of the course has gradually attracted the attention of some education practitioners. Therefore, investigation and analysis of the implementation of integrated practical activity curriculum, not only can provide reference for the improvement of the course,but also help to further promote the implementation of the course.The current round of curriculum reform, emphasizing the primary school to the integrated curriculum, high school to the subject curriculum, so in the primary school to carry out effective comprehensive practical activity is particularly important. How to carry out the comprehensive practical activity curriculum in the western minority areas,This paper chooses Primary School of Kashgar city as the research object.Kashgar as the most western city,is also worth discussing and studying. In this paper, we study from four aspects: teachers and students of the knowledge,curriculum management, curriculum implementation and curriculum resource development and utilization of the integrated practical activity curriculum. First of all, based on the new curriculum to give the basic idea of comprehensive practical activity curriculum to explore the value of comprehensive practice in primary schools in Kashgar. Secondly, based on a survey on the questionnaire and interview of the people and the Chinese School,to further understand the basic implementation of the curriculum of comprehensive practical activities in primary schools in Kashgar. We has been found the the curriculum of comprehensive practical activities in the primary schools in Kashgar have been achieved Initial results. Third, on this basis, it is found that the main problems in the implementation of the curriculum: Poor management of education, School curriculum implementation is not in place, Lack of teachers, Curriculum resources development efforts are not enough, etc. Subsequent analysis found that the root cause of these status quo:Lack of attention by the education authorities, Lack of school management mechanism, Guidingteachers’ curriculum awareness lag behind, publicity about the integrated practical activity curriculum is not reach the designated position, Lack of social support, ect.Finally, In this paper, we propose an improved strategy for the implementation of integrated practical activity curriculum: To strengthen the supervision and management of the course of Education Department, Renew the idea of running school, Strengthen teachers’ training, Rational development of schools and local curriculum resources. |
